Program Details

Eligibility Requirements
- Eligible states: CT, ME, NH, RI, VT only
- Mechanized logging only
- Individual or family-owned operators
- Minimum 3 years ownership / experience
- Minimum of 1 year with CDL for drivers

- Workers’ Compensation
Submission Requirements
- ACORD applications for all lines of business being submitted
- 5 years of premium & loss runs (with an explanation on all claims greater than $25,000)
- Copies of MVRs
- Current and target premium
- Brief description of operations
